3. Enquiries, quotations, and services
Information on this site describing our services is an invitation to do business, not a binding offer. Nothing on the site constitutes a quotation or fixed price.
A quotation is only binding once we issue it to you in writing, and it is valid for the period stated in it. Work begins once the scope, price, and payment terms have been agreed in writing between us. Timelines given before that point are indicative estimates only.
4. Bookings
Where you book a consultation through the site, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to let us know in reasonable time if you cannot attend. We may reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion.
5. Partner and Freelancer Programmes
Our Partner Programme and Freelancer Programme are governed by their own agreements, which you accept during registration. Those agreements set out commission, payment, conduct, and termination terms, and they take precedence over these Terms of Use where the two differ.
Registration does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application and may decline one without giving reasons.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, layout, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Ikusasa Digital Transformation (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international copyright law.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission. The iDT name and logo may not be used without permission.
7. Information you submit
You warrant that any information you submit through this site is accurate, that you are entitled to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Where you submit another person's details — such as a client you are referring — you confirm you obtained them lawfully and with that person's consent.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including messaging, booking, and chat tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the site without notice, including for maintenance.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies to you, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Liability arising from work we actually perform for you is governed by the written agreement covering that work, not by these terms.
11. Indemnity
You indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or personal information you submitted to us without the necessary authority or consent.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
14. Contact
